Prices below are per seat for public cohorts at Changi Business Park in 2026, quoted in Singapore dollars. Two-day codes are GDP-101, MAP-210 and AUD-220. All other catalogue codes are one-day. Invoices are issued after we confirm the date and the names. The notice at the foot of this page states our position on subsidies in full.

Each seat includes printed materials, a workbook of protocol templates used that day, access to the post-course reference sheet of temperature bands discussed in class, the written paper and practical assessment, and a certificate of completion when both are passed. Public classroom days include lunch and two coffee breaks. Instructional loggers, a reference thermometer and training shippers stay in the room. Travel to Changi Business Park, parking and overnight stays are not included. Resits within thirty days of a failed paper are included once; a later resit is quoted separately.
A closed group starts with a scoping call on labelled ranges, SKUs, lanes, logger brands and the SOPs you can share under your own confidentiality rules. We then adapt the teaching scenarios so pack-outs, mapping layouts and excursion files resemble the work on your floor. The group stays closed: we do not mix another firm into that room. You provide the room, fourteen seats, power and agreed access to a chamber or packing area. We provide instructors, instructional equipment and materials. Travel within Singapore is added at cost on the invoice. Dates are set after scoping, typically four to six weeks later.
We invoice in Singapore dollars. Settlement is by bank transfer or corporate PayNow against the invoice reference. Payment is due within fourteen days of the invoice date. A first booking with Sglearninghubplus is confirmed when the invoice is prepaid; later bookings from the same firm may use the fourteen-day term once a payment record exists. Seats are not held on a verbal reservation past the cut-off on the schedule page. Purchase-order numbers can be printed on the invoice when they arrive before we raise it.
A confirmed seat may be moved to another published 2026 date for the same code at no charge if we receive written notice ten or more working days before the original start. Notice received five to nine working days before the start is charged at 50% of the seat fee, with the balance credited to a later 2026 date or invoiced as a cancellation. Notice later than that, or a non-attendance, is charged at 100%. Substituting another person on the same date and code is free at any moment before 08:45 on the first morning, provided the replacement completes the scoping questionnaire.
Sglearninghubplus is a private training provider. Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and we do not claim any government subsidy or credit scheme for them.
The 10% reduction applies when six or more seats share one invoice, one code and one date. Mixed codes are invoiced at the catalogue rate for each seat. If you need a two-day qualification module and a one-day logger day in the same week, ask for two invoices or a combined in-house quote.
Public cohorts include lunch at Changi Business Park. In-house days use the client’s canteen or a nearby order arranged by the host. We can add a catering line if you want us to organise it; that line is separate from the SGD 6,400 training day.
One resit of the written paper and, if needed, the practical is included within thirty days. The certificate is issued after the pass. Attendance without a pass is recorded on request as attendance only, without a completion certificate.
Public seats are billed to the company on the booking. We do not take walk-in card payments on the morning of the course. If a self-funded participant needs a personal invoice, write that in the enquiry and we will say whether that seat can be processed before the cut-off.
Name the code, the date and the number of people. We return a confirmation of status and the invoice details within one working day.
