The forms ask for full name, work e-mail, company, optional telephone, course of interest, optional seat count and preferred dates, and a message of at least twenty characters. A consent box records that you are willing for us to use those details to reply. A hidden timestamp helps us reject automated posts that are submitted too quickly. A honeypot field is present so ignored machine traffic can be dropped. We do not ask for identity card numbers, payment-card data, or health information on this site.

Validated enquiries are read so we can answer with seat status, a scoping questionnaire, or an in-house date. We do not sell lists, and we do not use the form to send unrelated marketing series. Google Fonts is loaded from Google’s servers when you open a page, which means Google may see the technical request for the typeface files. Browser storage for the cookie bar is described on the cookies page. We do not run an advertising pixel on this site.

The site is hosted on shared infrastructure in Singapore. Enquiry content is handled in order to reply within one working day and to keep a booking record if you later take a seat. We keep booking correspondence for the 2026 training year plus a further twelve months in case of fee, substitution or certificate queries, then delete it unless a longer legal hold applies to an invoice. Access is limited to people who process training bookings for Sglearninghubplus.

Write to [email protected] if you want a copy of an enquiry you sent, a correction of a name on a booking, or deletion of an enquiry that did not become an invoice. We will say what we still need to keep if a seat was confirmed. Telephone requests are accepted during desk hours; we may ask you to confirm by e-mail so we reply to the right mailbox.
