Public cohorts run at Changi Business Park unless the row says in-house or hybrid briefing. Classroom days start at 08:45 and finish at 17:30, including the assessed practical. Status describes seats, not demand marketing: Open still has places, Filling means a handful remain, Waitlist means the fourteen seats are taken and we record names for a withdrawal or a later date. Codes match the catalogue exactly.

Registration for a public cohort closes five working days before the first classroom morning so scoping questionnaires and dietary notes can be processed. A date runs when at least six participants are confirmed. If that floor is not met we write to everyone on the list, move the cohort to the next published date for that code, and keep the original fee against the new seat. Waitlist names are offered a seat in the order they were recorded when a confirmed participant withdraws.
Closed groups pick a date after the scoping call, typically four to six weeks out so scenarios can be rewritten around SKUs and lanes. The client provides a room, fourteen seats, projector or screen, power for laptops and instructional loggers, and agreed access to a chamber, packing bench or vehicle dock if the practical needs it. We bring the loggers, reference thermometer, training shippers and printed workbooks. November 2026 MAP-210 is shown as in-house because that slot is reserved for a closed qualification group; other in-house days are arranged through the fees page rather than this table.
Yes. Each seat is booked against a named participant and a date. If one colleague takes GDP-101 in January and another takes MAP-210 in February, we treat them as two separate seats. Substitution of a name on the same date is free under the fees rules.
MDS-160 that day combines a classroom morning at Changi Business Park with a facilitated afternoon using the client’s own GDPMDS document set on a shared screen. Participants still sit in the room. It is not a public webinar and it is not a substitute for an Authority briefing.
Send an enquiry naming GDP-101, 8–9 October 2026, and the participant. We record the waitlist without taking the full fee until a seat opens. If no seat opens we offer 2027 planning only after this calendar year is closed; we do not collect a retainer for a year we have not published.
