Terms of booking

Public seats are capped at fourteen. Registration closes five working days before the first morning. A public date runs only with six confirmed participants; below that floor we move the cohort and keep the fee against the new date. Participants follow house rules on the training floor, including the return of instructional loggers. We may refuse a seat if the scoping questionnaire shows the code is unsafe for the person’s role (for example an LN2 practical without site induction). Substitution of a named person on the same date and code is free before 08:45 on the first morning.

Fees are those published on the fees page in Singapore dollars. Payment is by bank transfer or corporate PayNow. Cancellation and reschedule percentages (free at ten working days, 50% at five to nine, 100% later) apply as written there. Completion certificates record attendance and assessment by Sglearninghubplus. They are a record of this training. They are not a licence, accreditation or regulatory approval. One resit within thirty days is included when the paper or practical is failed.

Workbooks, reference sheets and checklists are for the participant’s professional use. They may not be copied for resale or presented as a licensed SOP pack. Instructional loggers, shippers and the reference thermometer remain the property of Sglearninghubplus. Files you bring to an in-house day stay yours; we use them only to adapt scenarios and we do not reuse identifiable SKUs in public courses.

Nothing on this site creates a partnership with a regulator, an airline, or a standards body whose public texts we cite in class.
